Immediately following the scientific sessions, drinks and nibbles will be served from 4.30 – 5.30 pm, providing a convivial start to the meeting.
Conference Dinner: Thursday 30 October 2025
The AAS Conference Dinner will be held at Holy Basil – a Thai and Lao restaurant – just a short walk from the conference venue. They are known for their authentic Thai and Lao cuisine, emphasizing fresh herbs, spices, and a balance of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors.
One ticket is included in registration, whether student or full – but we will ask you to confirm attendance so we don’t pay for empty chairs!
At 51 Tumbalong Bvd, Haymarket, it’s just a 15-minute walk from the Conference venue – perfect timing following the Annual General Meeting. About 10-minutes if you hop on a bus.
