* TRAVEL SUPPORT: There are currently amazing airfare deals available, so if you are planning on attending, why not book now? Student members who are presenting will be eligible for a travel grant. Full members who are based in North Queensland, Western Australia or New Zealand are eligible for a discount registration fee in recognition of the increased airfare costs.

Entitlements

Cancellation policy: Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of $55.00. Substitutes are welcome at any time. Refunds may not be possible as numbers must be confirmed to caterers and event managers well prior to the meeting. 

Registration acknowledgement: All registrations will be acknowledged by automated email on receipt. Please ensure you read your Confirmation carefully and advise of any corrections promptly to [email protected].

Privacy: In accordance with the Privacy and Spam Acts we advise that information collected in the registration/abstract submission process will be held in databases on secure sites by the AAS/WildApricot/OxfordAbstracts. It is the intention to use the information to communicate with you, to provide a delegate list comprising name, institution, State and Country to delegates and sponsors (you may elect to be excluded from this list). It may also be provided to suppliers such as IT provided to facilitate the meeting. Your data will never be sold.
