Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Are we there yet?
Trevor Mori is an NH&MRC Senior Research Fellow in the Medical School at the University of Western Australia. He has more than 35 yrs experience in cardiovascular research having led numerous clinical and intervention trials, and population studies, examining the effects of diet and lifestyle on risk factors for atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease. Trevor leads the Cardiometabolic Program of the Raine Study, one of the largest and longest running longitudinal pregnancy studies in the world examining the developmental origins of health and disease.
Prof. Peter Clifton
Nutrients and Diets influencing CVD outcomes
Peter Clifton is an adjunct professor of nutrition at the University of South Australia and a clinical endocrinologist. He has over 300 publications focusing on lipids, obesity and diabetes mostly related to clinical trials. Recently he has been involved in novel mRNA trials for hypertriglyceridemia at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
